How will I know that my reservation is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail which will contain the details of your reservation after it is confirmed by Explorations Unlimited.
I have reserved and paid for my transportation. Is there anything else I should do?
No. Absolutely nothing. You have received the confirmation e-mail that was sent to you by us, which contains the route, your name and all the details regarding your reservation. Simply keep the printed form of the email with you as it may be requested by the driver.
Will the sedan/minivan I have hired definitely wait for me? Will the driver recognize me?
At your arrival point (airport arrivals, ship exit, train platform, etc.) there will be your car waiting for you with the Explorations Unlimited sign as well as your name clearly written. Also, the driver will always have a mobile phone so that he can contact you should any irregular circumstances arise. This is the reason we ask for personal information during the reservation.
What if my plane, trains or ship is delayed?
There is no reason to worry. No matter the delay, the driver will wait without an additional charge. We have an online connection to the airport, port and train information specifically for this reason.
I need a transfer in a few hours, can I make a reservation?
We are in a position to verify a reservation up to 3-4 hours before your arrival at the meeting point. The reservations are received continuously and we make arrangements depending on our clients’ requirements.
Can I make a reservation such that I can have a transfer leased for as many days as I need continuously?
Certainly. Simply send us an email containing the details of the reservation you are interested in.
I would also like to book my return. Is ti possible?
In this case, we will arrange for you to have a 3%-5% discount, depending on your transportation needs.
